Geoff D. Porter founded North Africa Risk Consulting.

Geoff has more than two decades of experience working in North Africa and the hydrocarbons, mining, and renewables sectors.

Alongside running NARCO, Geoff is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Combating Terrorism Center  at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

In addition, Geoff is an adjunct professor in the Department of Political Science at Fordham University.
